5:00 to 8:00: P.M.  Meet and Network Party With Adult Industry Exec and Adult Stars.  Meet the Adult Stars (t/b/a) and the Pro Bikini Team Girls. 

8:00 to 10:00: Complimentary Dinner Party With Pro Bikini Team Girls 10:00 to Sunrise:  Party at The Castle. ( Not to be missed - ever )Friday Session:

9:00 to 12:00:  Initial interview of an adult film client.  In the initial interview of an adult film making client you will be expected to present an overview of the laws and regulations relating to the production of adult content.  In this session we go over the basics of adult film law. 

12:00 to 1:00: Complimentary lunch on the Veranda

1:00 to 2:00: 18 U.S.C. 2257 The Adult Age Verification and Catorgization laws. How to advise the adult film maker on compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and CFR

2:00 to 4:00: Legal issues in interviewing models and adult actors.

5:00 to 6:00: Introduction to obscenity. Live film and video sessions showing obscenity standards

8:00 to 10:00: Industry Networking Party With Adult Stars With Pro Bikini Team Girls

10:00 to Sunrise: Fetish Party in The Castle. (a very interesting event)

Saturday:  

9:00 to 12:00: detailed analysis of the history of obscenity prosecutions in the United States and current trends and obscenity cases pending. ( Boring but necessary if you are going to represent the industry)

12:00 to 1:00: Complimentary lunch on the veranda

1:00 to 5:00: Practical interviews and model interviews - The best way to learn the issues adult film makers will face is to see them live in our clinical hands on program.  (This program will include adult industry members who our participating in the film production seminar for adult industry professionals - great time to network with the industry)

8:00 to 10:00: Complimentary Dinner Party With Adult Producers & Stars

10:00 to Sunrise: Party at The Castle. ( Industry Party )

Sunday Agenda:

Sunday is the hands on production day.  Lawyers will have the opportunity to take part in hands on training of new and existing adult film makers as they go from concept to filming their adult content.  Again there is no better way to learn the problems associated with this industry than in a hands on clinic type format - Also, you will find this to be the most fun CLE you will ever experience.
